• Q # 2: Tell us about your academic qualifications?
  
• WS: I have done Masters in Geology from Punjab University & MBA.
  
• Q # 3: Do you give time your family? How do they react?
  
• WS: I always try to give time to my family but my profession does not allow me to give them enough time. But they are very cooperative and they understand my problems. But whenever I have time, I spend time with my family.
  
• Q# 4: Biggest desire of your life?
  
• WS:Nothing Special.
  
• Q # 5: Are you creative?
  
• WS: Yes I am creative person and in-fact its requirement of my profession.
  
• Q # 6: Your fantasy?
  
• WS: You have to dream to make it come true. I believe that in order to achieve big goals, you have to be in fantasies.
  
• Q # 7: Your most valuable asset?
  
• WS: Friendship and Friends
  
• Q # 8: Traits you dislike in people?
  
• WS: Hypocrisy
  
• Q # 9: Any of your habit that you like most?
  
• WS: I think that I am very accommodative and caring person.
  
• Q # 10: How do you judge about someone in first meeting?
  
• WS: First sentence of that person.
  
• Q # 11: What kind of music you like?
  
• WS: I like slow and mystic music, but i also like fast hiphop music some times.
  
• Q # 12: Your favorite song?
  
• WS: “Mujh Say Pehli See Muhabat Meray Mehboob Na Mang” sung by Late Madam Noor Jahan.
  
• Q # 13:Who is you favorite male and female singer.
  
• WS: Jawad Ahmed and Fariha Pervaiz. In English music I enjoy Shinay Twin.
  
• Q # 14: What are your favorite fragrance, color and food?
  
• WS: Favorite fragrance is CORRUM while favorite colors are Sky Blue and White. 
  
• Favorite dish is  Alo Gosht & Dal (Pink Color)
  
• Q # 15: Which season you like most?
  
• WS: Falls (Autumn)
  
• Q # 16: How will you describe yourself in three words?
  
• WS: Gentle, Caring and Sensitive.

• Q # 17: How you feel being popular?
  
• WS: I am not a popular person but if I am then credit goes to my professionalism, my organization and finally to Almighty Allah.
  
• Q # 18: What are your interests other than broadcasting?
  
• WS: I like hiking. I am working with many NGOs and social organizations. One of them is working for special people. I am very much involved in sports.
  
• Q # 19: When and how did you indulge in this showbiz affair? 
  
• WS: It’s a coincidence that I am in broadcasting profession.
  
• Q # 20: What kind of programs you conducted for Radio Pakistan?
  
• WS: I mostly conducted OBs i.e. Outside Broadcast as well as live reports from different sports venues (stadiums etc). I produceds many current affair programs. I interviewed many VIPS and Head of States. I also got many opportunities to travel with VIPS and I learned a lot while spending time with them.
  
• Q # 21: If you are given chance to select one role which one will you opt either Dj or Producer?
  
• WS: I believe that Producer is a multidimensional person and he has to be a good speaker too that covers qualities of good dj as well. In other words Producer is jack of all trades. I will simply prefer to remain Producer.
  
• Q # 22: How long you are associated with FM-101?
  
• WS: I joined FM-101 on December 31, 1998.
  
• Q # 23: Why you were appointed for FM-101?
  
• WS: I have been given specialized FM-Broadcast training at DW, German FM-Broadcast. So keeping in view about my specialization, higher authorities of PBC decided to appoint me at FM-101.
  
• Q # 24: How you feel being associated with FM-101?
  
• WS: NO COMMENTS
  
• Q # 25: How much is your role in success of FM-101?
  
• WS: Very Important Role. It’s just like that I was given small piece of land and they wanted me to built beautiful house with very limited resources.
  
• Q # 26:Are you satisfied with performance of djs at FM-101?
  
• WS: Not 101%. Always there is room for improvement. But still they are doing good.
  
• Q # 27: Which dj(s) of FM-101 understands you most?
  
• WS: Sobia Naureen - The Sports Girl
  
• Q # 28: Who is your favorite DJ?
  
• WS: Me.....  Waheed Sheikh
  
• Q # 29: What is the procedure if any one wants to join FM-101 as dj?
  
• WS: The person should have good observation, must be positive talkative, must be aware of what is happening around. Reading is very important so he/she must have habit of reading. • Q # 30: Are you satisfied with performance of FM-International?
  
• WS: NO - Not at all
  
• Q # 31: Many listeners send you suggestions in their letters, do you consider or implement them?
  
• WS: Listeners are most valuable asset of FM-101 and we highly respect their care and suggestions. We do consider these suggestions and they are suitable then we implement them. For this purpose we have “FM-101 Production Team".
  
• Q # 32: Why FM-101 Sports Times has been stopped? It was one of most popular programs of FM-101. What would you say about that as listeners are badly waiting for this show?
  
• WS: “FM-101 Sports Times” was very demanding show. It involved lot of research work and Sports Girl and I did great efforts to make it successful with very limited resources. Good news for all of you is that we are going to start it one again very soon.
  
• Q # 33: Your Pride Program being Producer FM-101?
  
• WS: Every program is our pride. Infotech-101 shuroo kiya jo IT ka program tha magar eis ko bachpan may polio ho gaya aur who mar gaya. 101 Sports Times ko bhari jawani may maar diya gaya. Bach gaya Mid Night Chit Chat. We have spent many nights to make “Might Night Chit Chat” a success. So “Might Night Chit Chat” is our Prime show that has not only given much popularity to Channel but also have made Ahmed Bilal as AB. This show has made many presenters a DJ.
  
• Q # 34: You always come up with some new and different ideas in your programs. Who is the mastermind behind your shows?
  
• WS: Our respected listeners and production team.
  
• Q # 35: Where do you see yourself in next five years?
  
• WS: Almighty Allah knows what will happen next moment. Allah better knows this. Anyhow my own Radio Station is in the process.
  
• Q # 36: It is said that you are very impatient person. Is it true? If yes then why is it so?
  
• WS: Yes, I am. No compromise on Quality!
  
• Q # 37: It is said that you give “Yellow Card” to DJs very often. Is it true?
  
• WS: It is the law of game. Players have to obey laws of game. Referee is bound to show Yellow Card on violation of rules.
  
• Q # 38: When you get angry?
  
• WS: I am not a short-tempered person. If I am trying to convey my thoughts to someone and he is not trying to understand it after my maximum efforts then I really get angry.
  
• Q # 39: There are some complaints that quality of your programs is suffering now. Is it true?
  
• WS: I feel that I am stagnant now.I need a break and even some change in professional career. I have been working non-stop since last many years
  
• Q # 40: Will you suggest Pakistani youth to join broadcasting?
  
• WS: Yes, I suggest Pakistani youth to join this field. It helps in your personality grooming and you learn a lot. It is very good “Profession” that gives you a lot of confidence and exposure. This confidence will help them in every field of life. This is century of Information Technology and Media. Broadcasting has very important role to play either its War or Peace. So I strongly recommend Pakistani Youth adopt Broadcasting as Professional Career.
